Two fawns were born within our fenced property and weren't strong enough to jump the fence even though their mother would come and go. One night a coyote caught and devoured one of the two. We tried to get the survivor to move through the gate, but first he sat in the corner of our house where I photographed him. Disperse dyed polyester, thread painted fawn, and trapunto as well as machine applique and machine quilted.
