Quilting Matisse
Matisse did an interesting series of paintings about people. Green Line, a portrait of his wife, was my favorite, so I decided to try to re-create the portrait in fabric. Techniques used: immersion dyed cotton fabric, machine applique and machine quilting. All fabric by the artist.
